    Manage Stage Boundaries through QA + Project Board authorisation. Change control: Change requests (from customer) and Exception reports (from supplier)

  • Close. Input: Project deliverables. Output: End Project Report. Lessons learned. Follow-on actions.


Agile

  • Feasibility. Does the proposition look technically viable and cost- effective?

  • Foundations. Unpack the business rationale, the target benefits, value, and the capabilities needed to realise them. Requirements prioritisation: MoSCoW

  • Exploration-Engineering-Deployment. Timebox delivery of prioritised requirements. Calibrated and tracked via Story points across incremental design, development, test, release.
